A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Printing Street makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of products and services but does not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products supplied. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and information. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the limitations of Printing Street’s liability as detailed above.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

By using PrintingStreet.com and placing an order, you agree to comply with our terms. Orders require a 50% advance payment, with the balance due before dispatch. Production timelines vary by product and will be shared during order confirmation. We are not responsible for courier delays, and risk passes to the customer once products leave our facility. Any cancellations or changes after production begins may incur charges or delays.

Our products are custom-made and non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. Clients must provide accurate and authorized artwork, and we disclaim liability for any content that infringes third-party rights. Printing errors caused by client-supplied files are the customer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to issue replacements only for verified production defects.

Printing Street limits its liability to the value of the order and disclaims responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses. We retain intellectual property rights over custom templates and packaging innovations. These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any disputes will be resolved in Coimbatore courts.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE T&C DOCUMENT
